1. The first step is to open Outlook Web and click Settings.

2. Click Compose and reply

3. Add or Modify your Signature in the box indicated. You can have different signatures for new messages as well as replies and forwards.

4. Scroll down and click Save

5. Click Close settings

6. That's it. You're done.
