Requesting Grade Changes to Prior Marking Periods

1. The first step is to open Skyward Educator Access Plus and click the appropriate Gradebook.

2. Click Grade Posting Status for Term.

3. Click Request Grade Changes

4. Type in a reason for Requesting Grade Changes and Click Yes.

You will have approximately 2 hours from the time the request was entered to complete your grade changes.  After that time has elapsed, your access will close and grade changes will be submitted to your supervisor for approval.  If you need additional time, you can always enter a second request.
